Malgudi days from RK Narayan and directed by Shankar Nag. Swami is the main character. No one can easily forget this serial. We watched it in our childhood days and still the most favorite one in Doordarshan. The actors, acting, village atmosphere, songs, backgrounds, editing, direction everything simply awesome.
