Muskaan is really upset that Anirudh didn’t inform her about the success of such a big surgery. But she decides to anyway bake a cake for him and take it to the hospital. Back at the hospital, an upset Anirudh’s face glows when he sees the bouquet from Muskaan. Just then Muskaan enters saying it’s not her, but her mother sent on her behalf.
